Crystal has 20+ years of commercial lending experience and has successfully managed and directed individual commercial lending departments as well as regional commercial lending operations supporting $75MM to $250MM portfolios in both credit union and banking industries. Her experience encompasses commercial credit underwriting, commercial loan administration, and commercial lending training and development.

Crystal's roles throughout her career provide her with the hands-on tools needed to successfully guide all aspects of commercial lending operations. In addition, Crystal has spent a vast amount of time training and mentoring other credit union professionals in all aspects of commercial lending and imparting her knowledge at America’s Credit Unions (Formerly CUNA) professional training events.

Dorie Jackson

Dorie Jackson, Vice President of Credit at CU Strategic Services, brings two decades of experience in commercial lending and credit risk. Before joining CU Strategic Services, she previously led the commercial lending division at a $5B credit union. Dorie specializes in underwriting, portfolio management, and credit policy, with a strong record of building scalable credit operations and mentoring high-performing teams.

Astrid Csida

Astrid has 20+ years of experience in the financial services industry including 15+ years in the Member Business lending field. Before joining CU Strategic Services LLC, Astrid was employed as Junior Auditor and Business Lending Credit Analyst at a $900M Credit Union in Upstate New York.

Astrid holds an associate degree in International Business and a master’s degree in Management of Small and Medium Enterprises.

Jenny has 30+ years of experience in the financial industry, including 20+ years of commercial lending experience. Jenny’s expertise includes analyzing financial data, assessing credit risk, providing data-driven recommendations to support sound lending decision, and ensuring adherence to lending guidelines. Jenny is known for her analytical precision and attention to detail, and she is dedicated to facilitating smooth and efficient loan processes.

Jennefer Weston

Jen has 20+ years of commercial lending & underwriting experience, spanning across three industries. Commercial lending background including 15+ in automotive commercial and retail finance & 8+ years of underwriting marketable securities within the private banking sector. Extensive experience in building business relationships, credit underwriting, portfolio management, process improvement and loan administration.
