With over 40 years in the financial services industry, John is an experienced professional with a demonstrated record of proactively identifying challenges and opportunities and then initiating action to create successful solutions. He is able to recognize and quantify potential opportunities and challenges, evaluate options and their outcomes, and determine the most appropriate course of action. 

John has knowledge of and practical experience in business lending and commercial real estate having personally originated commercial loans and managed numerous commercial loan officers. Previously, he was a Chief Lending Officer at Pioneer Bank and Executive Vice President/Chief Operations Officer at the United States Senate FCU. John’s professional affiliations include MACUMA – Chairman, Mortgage Bankers Associations – Past President, Risk Management Association – Member, Community Loan Fund – Member, Community Loan Corporation (CPC/CLC) – Loan Committee Member.

Eric is a seasoned Senior Business/Credit Analyst with 20 years' experience in C&I, Real Estate, and High Net worth Personal Lending. Skilled in analyzing financial statements, assessing risk, structuring, grading, recommending, negotiating, and closing complex new and renewal commercial and real estate credit request. Previously, Eric was Vice President at Wells Fargo Bank and has an MBA from Pace University.

Astrid has 14 years of experience in the financial services industry including 8 years in the Member Business lending field. Before joining CU Strategic Services LLC, Astrid was employed as Junior Auditor and Business Lending Credit Analyst at a $900M Credit Union in Upstate New York.

Astrid holds an Associate Degree in International Business and a Master's Degree in Management of Small and Medium Enterprises.
