Served as Chairman of the Supervisory and Nominating Committees. Volunteers on Asset/Liability Management, Supervisory, and Nominating Committees. Maintains a MBA from New York University and BSBA from Georgetown University.

Director and Chairman of the Board of GPO Federal Credit Union. USSFCU member since 1967. Former Chair of USSFCU and served on Personnel, Supervisory, and ALCO Committees as well as CUSS CUSO. Former General Counsel Emeritus for GPO. Served on USSFCU Board of Directors in various capacities from 1986 until 2002 and from 2006 until 2011. Former member of the Board of Directors of the CUNA DC Credit Union League. Started as U.S. Page, and served with the Secretary of the Senate, Senate Sergeant at Arms, Architect of the Capital, and various Congressional League. Maintains a Juris Doctor Degree from the George Mason University Law School and BS from the University of Maryland School of Business and Public Administration.

President/CEO of Credit Union Strategic Services and has over 40 years in the financial services industry. Previous experience includes: EVP/COO of the US Senate Federal Credit Union and Chairman of the Board of Metropolitan Area Credit Union Management Association (MACUMA), Senior Vice President/Chief Lending Officer at Pioneer Savings Bank.

Over 30 years of senior executive and management experience at large banks and credit unions. An Engagement Advisory Group Member at the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) and a member of the Advocacy Committee for the Maryland & DC Credit Union Association (MDDCCUA).  Member of the Board of Directors and the immediate past Chairman for the African American Credit Union Coalition (AACUC). Mr. Anderson received his M.B.A. from the University of Maryland, University College and serves this institution as an Adjunct Professor in the Finance and Economics Department.
